Senior Pastor, Craig White Pastor Craig White is an original “Westsider” and graduated from Ben Davis High School. For twelve years prior to coming to Avon for the purpose of starting Crossroads, he and Rachelle pioneered another church in Munster, Indiana, just outside of Chicago. Craig is a graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.Duties at Crossroads: As Senior Pastor, Craig provides the vision, leadership, and direction for the church as a whole. He is also the main teacher on Sundays (which he loves) and oversees the church staff.Family: Rachelle and Craig were a true “love at first sight” story and have been married for more than 20 years. Administrator, Larry WhiteLarry is an Indianapolis westside native who spent his formative years at Lakeview Christian Center. After Ben Davis High School and IUPUI, his 30+ years of business and organizational experience includes management, advertising, real estate, church administration, and ministry. He served ten years on the pastoral staff of Lakeview Christian Center with ministry responsibilities for married couples, pre-marital training, small group ministry, and discipleship. He also served in the business, office, and facility management at Lakeview. Larry also served two years as business manager at Bell Shoals Baptist Church, in Brandon, Florida.Duties at Crossroads: As Administrator, Larry is responsible for developing and overseeing church operations, finances, facilities, training, and a variety of ministries.Family: Larry and his wife have three children Matthew (28), Christian (26), and Ali (21), also their daughter-in-law Tiffany and son-in-law Jon Gerber. And last but definitely not least, Matt and Tiffany’s three children; Dillan, Jaylin, and Jaden.Favorite Verse: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28Favorite Stuff: Cooking new recipes and trying them out on unsuspecting guests

Jason and April SmithChildren’s Pastor – Jason Smith Jason grew up in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. Jason attended the Master Commission program at his local church, Harvest Time, in Fort Smith. After that he interned under the children’s pastor at Harvest Time for a year before leaving to become a Children’s Pastor in Madison, IN. He was there for almost 2 years.Family: Jason and April were married in September of 2008Favorite Verse: 2 Corinthians 6:1 “We then, workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain.”Favorite Stuff: Going on dates with his wife, Reading, Disc Golf, Graphic Design Hope and Vision for the children – For them to truly understand that they have a Father that loves them unconditional and is always there for them!
   

Youth Ministries Pastor Nate Goss, his wife, Lee and their child, Jude came on board Sunday, September 18, 2011.
Personal Background  Nate is a pastor’s kid born and raised in southwest Florida.  He graduated from Mariner High in 1999.  In 2003 he graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  Nate has been in youth ministry since graduating and spent the last 6 years as an Associate Youth Pastor for Concord First Assembly in Concord, North Carolina.

Duties at Crossroads  Nate works primarily with students grades 7th through 12th grade and adult leaders within the student ministries.  In every weekly experience he challenges students to Worship God and to Connect, Serve, and Share with others.  It is Nate’s responsibility to partner with parents and families in equipping them with the resources that will help prepare them for the future. 

Family  Nate and Lee were married on October 16, 2004.  Lee is awesome.  In April of 2009, their son Jude was born, he is funny.

Favorite Stuff  My awesome wife, my funny son, The Green Bay Packers, Apple, Mountain Dew, and Pizza.  I love technology!
